Literatura panameña se presenta Australia
El escritor panameño Ariel Agroyinais, autor de la saga de ciencia ficción Genticks, junto a la Katherine Canoli, autora del libro Mindcull, presentaron sus libros ante una audiencia de la escuela secundaria de Canberra pertenecientes a la clase de creación de novellas, donde expusieron su contenido y cómo se inspiraron a plasmar por escrito su imaginación.
Dos estudiantes ganaron 4 libros y se donó dos mas a la biblioteca por parte de la Embajada de Panamá en Australia. Gracias a esta exposición online el escrito panameño tendrá la oportunidad de exportar sus obras a este nuevo mercado de Ocenaía de las industrias creativas.
Gentiks: “La Tierra ha de ser un lugar perfecto. Pues los seres humanos finalmente han logrado alcanzar la armonía que a lo largo de la historia siempre han anhelado”. “Me gusta la historia. Me gusta saber de donde vengo. Y a pesar de haber nacido en Marte, mis raíces terrestres hacen un llamado dentro de mí, para que conozca, palpe y sienta el lugar donde nacieron mis padres”. “Conocer la Tierra, sería un gran sueño para mi. Surina Iacobelli”.
Mindcull: En una época en la que nada es tan real como la realidad virtual, Eila, de dieciséis años, es preseleccionada en un concurso por un gigante de la tecnología mundial. Pero entonces los agentes de la ley la obligan a espiar para ellos, los activistas de la clandestinidad revelan un complot asesino y alguien utiliza la realidad virtual para llenar su cabeza con los pensamientos de un extraño. En medio de secretos, mentiras y distorsiones, Eila debe decidir hasta dónde llegará para proteger vidas inocentes.

Panamanian literature is presented in Australia
The Panamanian writer Ariel Agroyinais, author of the science fiction saga Genticks, together with Katherine Canoli, author of the book Mindcull, presented their books to an audience at Canberra’s secondary school in the novel-making class, where they explained their content and how they were inspired to put their imagination into writing.
Two students won 4 books and two more were donated to the library by the Embassy of Panama in Australia. Thanks to this online exhibition, Panamanian writers will have the opportunity to export their works to this new market of creative industries in Oceania.
Gentiks: “The Earth has to be a perfect place. Because human beings have finally managed to achieve the harmony they have always longed for throughout history”. “I like history. I like to know where I come from. Mindcull: At a time when nothing is as real as virtual reality, sixteen-year-old Eila is shortlisted in a competition by a giant of world technology. But then law enforcement officers force her to spy for them, underground activists reveal a murderous plot, and someone uses virtual reality to fill her head with the thoughts of a stranger. In the midst of secrets, lies and distortions, Eila must decide how far she will go to protect innocent lives.
