Despite the country’s relatively small size in relation to some of its larger regional neighbors in Latin America, Panama has long played an important role due to its vital location, at the heart of the Americas and uniting two oceans. Additionally, strong services and connectivity further cemented Panama’s status as a logistics hub. But how will this status hold up amidst a global pandemic and significant changes to global trade dynamics?
