El Embajador de Panamá ante Singapur, Enrique Guillermo Villegas González, recibió el agradecimiento de Angad Banga y Yuchi Sonoda, Presidente y Secretario General de Asian Shipowners Association, por el apoyo en la organización del Shipping Dialogue: “Challenges facing the Maritime Industry 2024 and Beyond”, donde el orador de fondo fue el panameño Arsenio Domínguez, Secretario general del la Organización Marítima Internacional, con motivo de la Singapore Maritime Week.
