About the Festival and Founder:
The Panama Jazz Festival, with almost 20 years since its creation, has become an attraction of cultural tourism with the visit of more than 300,000 people (before pandemic) being one of the most outstanding cultural events of the local and regional agenda.
The Festival was founded by the Panamanian Grammy winner, UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador, UNESCO Artist for Peace and Cultural Ambassador of Panama, Danilo Pérez and for the benefit of the educational musical programs of the Fundación Danilo Pérez.
